DesignKit provides a collection of free, browser-based tools for color manipulation and image processing. The Service includes but is not limited to:

All services are provided "as is" and operate entirely within your web browser.

3. Use License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DesignKit for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Service.

8. Accuracy of Tools

While we strive for accuracy in all our tools, including color conversions and WCAG compliance checking, you should verify critical information independently. We make no guarantees about the absolute accuracy of color conversions, contrast ratios, or other calculations.

9. Browser Compatibility

The Service is designed to work on modern web browsers. We recommend using the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge for the best experience. Older browsers may not support all features.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court in the jurisdiction where DesignKit operates.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DesignKit regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
